Enrollment in BeshPath programs requires completion of an intake process and execution of a separate Program Agreement. Fees, payment terms, and refund policies are outlined in that Agreement.

By submitting an intake form or consultation request, you are expressing interest in our services—not entering into a binding program commitment.

6. Incubation Sprint Participation

Participation in BeshPath's Incubation Sprint program is voluntary and educational in nature. It is structured as portfolio-building and professional development, not employment.

• Participants are not employees of BeshPath.
• Compensation, if any, varies by project and is not guaranteed.
• Participants may be required to sign a separate Intellectual Property Assignment and Non-Disclosure Agreement.

When using this Site or interacting with BeshPath, you agree to:

Violation of these standards may result in termination of your access to our services.
